Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time / Delivery Estimate
After processing, delivery within the continental USA typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.

Orders under $99 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

We currently ship only within the USA.
Shipping & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order through the carrier’s website.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Liovee@lioveedistributors.com. To request a replacement or refund. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue to help us resolve it as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address. If the address is incorrect, or if you request a change after the order is processed, we may not be able to reroute the package. Additional fees may apply.
Non-Delivery
If a carrier marks the shipment as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
